Key Responsibilities
Develop trusted relationships with clients to promote retention and loyalty
Manage the client journey from post-onboarding to product adoption and renewal
Drive outcomes and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders throughout the client life-cycle
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role
2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the LMS / E-Learning industry
Strong commercial acumen
Proven time-management capabilities
Basic understanding of core web components and SaaS
