• Indianapolis, IN / Hybrid - 3 Office Days / Week)We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Design Capability Lead to join the US Product Design team.The Product Design team provides design and integration at a subsystem level across all of our engine lines’ modules and leads our efforts to standardize our work through Product Lines.

As the Capability Lead you will be accountable for leading a team of 10 to 15 Product Design Engineers covering a variety of skill sets working on US Defense Programs.

It is an excellent opportunity to add to your people and program leadership skills and understand how to develop the capability of a team.
