This role will be full-time, remote, reporting directly to the Controller. You will be an integral part of ensuring financial transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across our expanding real estate portfolio. Role Mission : To ensure financial records and reports are accurate and timely, support seamless financial operations, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses, addressing discrepancies, as necessary.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes across the portfolio.
• Assist with annual CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, and adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with property management and asset management teams to provide financial information and support operational decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial records within Yardi, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and tax filings.
• Continuously improving accounting procedures and internal controls.
