I. CUSTOMER :
- Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude toward our customer.
- Greet walk-in customers with a smile within 20 seconds upon arrival, anywhere in our dealership.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and politely.
II. DAILY DUTIES :
Complete the cash sheet by 9 : 30 a.m.A / R BoardPrint Cummins and Isuzu daily for parts processing coordinator.Coordinate truck moves and arrange transportation for shuttle drivers as needed.Service Billing :Technician punch times in Paycom.Match punch times from Paycom to Procede.Labor Excel spreadsheets reporting.III. WEEKLY DUTIES
Order office supplies as needed.Warranty reporting.Validate BINGO cards for technicians.Enter shuttle driver's worked hours into Paycom.Post shuttle driver's charges to trucks.IV. MONTHLY DUTIES
Reconcile credit card statements for the general manager and shuttle drivers.Complete office inventory for Omaha by the 15th of every month.Labor Hold Over Report.VII. OTHER DUTIES
Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude toward management and co-workers.Create and project a culture that is friendly, positive and helpful while maintaining a professional attitude toward our customer. Treat the customer with respect at all times.Learn basic skills of other interacting positions within the store in order to fully understand all aspects of customer service.Order supplies as needed.Keep truck cost sheets current.Scan closed truck files to Omaha.Upload truck changes to Admin.Sort and deliver mail.Perform any other tasks or duties as requested.Qualifications
I. Must be capable of answering multiple line telephone system with a minimum of 12 lines.
II. Should be capable of occasionally lifting up to 45lbs.
III. Must have efficient computer skills.
