Accountant

SUMMARY :

The Accountant will use business and accounting skills to maintain and evaluate operational data for the Armstrong - Tulsa agency. The Accountant is responsible for agency level accounting functions including but not limited to general accounting payables & receivables financial reporting spend analysis material & labor variance analysis billing & invoicing and forecasting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Financial responsibilities include General Ledgers Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Billing and Invoicing Revenue Distribution and Financial Reporting.
• Ensure all defined work is performed within the timeframes allotted for each functional financial process.
• Ensure all billing functions including invoicing revenue distribution and ratings are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial policies practices procedures and initiatives at the Plant level.
• Manage all accounting bookkeeping and financial matters.
• Any other duties as assigned by the manager.
