About the Team and What We’ll Build Together

We’re looking for a Senior Database Developer with 5–7+ years of experience who thrives on designing scalable, data-driven solutions that support high-volume, high-impact loyalty platforms. You have strong experience with PL / pgSQL, writing efficient SQL queries, tuning performance, and building ETL workflows. You’re comfortable working with Oracle and / or PostgreSQL and navigating complex data structures to support data integration, transformation, and analytics.

As a Senior Database Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining robust database solutions to support client onboarding, reward processing, data quality, and operational performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, QA, analysts, and DBAs—to ensure data pipelines and queries are optimized, secure, and support the evolving needs of our clients and marketing platforms.
