Supervisor, Commercial Property Claims

Our Commercial Claims department has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate these WCF Insurance values to join their team as a Supervisor Commercial Property Claims. This is a full-time hybrid / remote (based on location) exempt position available to qualified candidates in the Sandy UT St. George UT Phoenix AZ or Las Vegas NV metropolitan area. This posting is open to internal and external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of commercial property claims adjusters to support the claims adjusting litigation and case management function.
• Manage a caseload of claims.
• Audit claims enter supervisory reviews in claims and understand and report on performance of their team.
• Prepare and participate in claim reviews and assist with training new and existing employees.
• Review all types of claims settlements and liability denials for propriety content and compliance.
• Collaborate with management to hire train motivate supervise and mentor a team of adjusters to support all aspects of claims functions.
• Stay current on all relevant law and regulation changes.
• Promote excellent customer service.
• Maintain appropriate communication with internal and external contacts including attorneys investigators policyholders agents and providers.
• Demonstrate proficiency and consistency in applying WCFs claims and state auditing standards.

All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation in their first year. Utah and Arizona expected salary range : $90000 - $115000. Nevada expected salary range : $95000 - $125000. Salary depends on location experience and education .

An internal candidate should have six months in their current position acceptable job performance and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.
