Job Description : The ideal candidate will have experience with Deltek Vision software and QuickBooks Online, with the ability to efficiently manage financial tasks and provide accurate reports. This position will initially be part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the contract period.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise all facets of the company's financial management, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger tasks.
• Produce precise and punctual financial reports, spanning monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Manage the maintenance and reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card transactions.
• Aid in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to furnish financial insights and bolster decision-making processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff as necessary.
