Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following :

• Minimum 7+ years in food and beverage operations, including hands-on management of independent restaurants, country clubs, hotels and banquet departments.
• Proven ability to develop, manage, and optimize operational budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Labor Control & Scheduling Expertise : Skilled in labor forecasting, scheduling, and controlling labor costs while maintaining high service standards.
• Innovative Leadership : Demonstrated creativity in modernizing and improving restaurant and banquet operations to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Track record of successfully managing multiple locations or outlets simultaneously, driving consistent performance and brand standards.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to recruit, train, and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Experience using operational metrics and analytics to inform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Schedule : Varied, must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay Scale : $95,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

As Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the Food & Beverage operations and assisting in the direction and organization of activities and services of all hotel food and beverage outlets (restaurants, lounges, room service, banquet, and evening reception) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
