Job Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a hands-on role in changing lives. Working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will support children through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, helping them build key life skills and overcome behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Follow personalized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, focusing on teaching important skills and reducing behaviors that impede learning.

Work one-on-one with children, building trust and offering positive reinforcement as they work on communication, social skills, daily routines, and more.

Track progress by carefully collecting data during sessions to assess effectiveness and inform adjustments.

Guide children in developing skills across various areas including social interaction, daily living, and early academics, at their own pace.

Utilize proven strategies to manage challenging behaviors effectively and replace them with more constructive alternatives.

Collaborate closely with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure optimal support for each child.

Maintain organized and accurate records to document growth and progress.

Adhere to the RBT Code of Ethics, ensuring confidentiality and seeking guidance when necessary.
