Senior Program / Contract Manager

The program / contract manager or alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. The program / contract manager or alternative shall be available between during regular business hours 0745-1645 and during off-duty hours for maintenance and emergency conditions as needed. The person in this position manages the overall contract onsite. All sections report to this position. The administrative aspects of the contract are managed by this position. This person ensures the manning and training of the contract staff is adequate for meeting the deliverables. This person handles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed.

a. Educational requirements include BA / BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA / AS with 7+ years experience.

b. Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE / OS Certification.

c. PMP Certification required.
