Position Summary : We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Content Specialist to join our Global Corporate Communications team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and has strong skills in graphic design, video production, and digital content creation. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms through engaging multimedia content.

This role would be based in Bridgewater, NJ, and expected to be in the office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design visual content (graphics, infographics, social media assets, digital ads, email graphics, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce videos for a variety of uses, including social media, internal communications, marketing campaigns, and events
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop content strategies and campaigns
• Manage and maintain digital assets, including updating visual content on websites and digital platforms
• Optimize content for different platforms and audiences
• Support internal teams with presentation and communication materials
• Track and report on content performance and suggest improvements

Required Qualifications :

The range of starting base pay for this role is $62K-88K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either our annual bonus program or a sales incentive plan.
