job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCareer Growth Stability Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, accurately understanding and translating their needs into clear technical requirements for the R&D team. Independently manage on-site equipment installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues to minimize client downtime. Assist clients in developing and executing hardware / software test validation plans, including data analysis and Python-based debugging and optimization. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying unspoken needs and providing valuable feedback to sales and product teams for future improvements. Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in automation equipment design, installation, debugging, and troubleshooting. Fluency in both English and Chinese , with an understanding of U.S. workplace culture and communication styles. Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software principles, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and conduct professional discussions with clients.
