Salary Range : $53.00 to $55.00

If yes, how you will contribute to the team :

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to :

• Completing initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Writing, initiating and revising plan of care, as needed.
• Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administering mediations and treatments as prescribed.
• Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
