No prior insurance experience is required, just the commitment to learn, make calls, and work hard. In this in-office role, youll work toward earning your CT Property & Casualty License, assist the sales team, and develop key sales skills while earning a base salary plus commission, with a year-end potential of $45,000-$60,000.

Responsibilities

• Work on obtaining your CT Property & Casualty License
• Assist our licensed sales team in identifying key prospects
• Turn cold leads into warm transfers through telemarketing efforts
• Manage administrative tasks and communications with new customers
• Learn Allstates systems, products, and procedures while supporting the sales team
• Build a network and circle of influence in the local insurance market
