What Is The Role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join this great team at Elastic.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead improvements to make processes more efficient and effective
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations, as well as preparing and / or reviewing financial reporting and flux analysis
• Maintaining the integrity of the global chart of accounts
• Responsible for ensuring that intercompany transactions have been appropriately implemented and executed per the existing intercompany agreements
• Prepare and / or review global transfer pricing calculations in accordance with tax rules, including information and data gathering, status calls with team members
• Ensure Foreign exchange impact is appropriately accounted and reviewed for accuracy
• Manage the financial close process, including reviewing and analyzing financial data from subsidiary entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards
• Work cross functionally with various partners, including international accounting teams, FP&A, Revenue, Compliance, Tax, Treasury and non-accounting teams, to ensure flawless execution of close processes

The typical starting salary range for this role is :

$106,900 - $169,100 USD

The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is :

$128,200 - $202,700 USD
