Scrum Masters (SM) are responsible for the oversight of activities performed by a team while adhering to agile practices and disciplines. The SM would work very closely with agile teams, business and leadership to resolve team level impediments and manage risk. They are responsible for working closely with Product Owners to ensure that team members are working on the highest priority work items defined within the team’s roadmap.

ROLE

• Facilitates the execution and adoption of scrum ceremonies. Including, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, etc.
• Manages the remediation of blockers and issues identified by team members to support the timely completion of sprint deliverables.
• Works with multiple in-house and external Scrum Teams enterprise-wide to remove impediments and manage dependencies.
• Works closely with other delivery and application teams to support the implementation of working software.
• Provides day-to-day coaching to team members to support the adoption of agile practices and identifies leading practices and opportunity areas to support the continued growth of a team.
• Supports program planning activities as necessary. Including; integrated planning workshops, program increment planning sessions etc.
• Facilitates the definition and implementation of team level working agreements to support the day-to-day delivery of working software.
• Identifies and creates metrics artifacts that highlight the progress accomplishments by teams (velocity, sprint and feature burn ups / burn downs, cumulative flow reports, etc.) and are responsible for presenting those artifacts as needed.
• Supports the implementation of improvement areas identified in team retrospectives.
• Ensures the work implemented by teams adheres to the steps and procedures outlined within the definition of done (DoD) framework.
• Acts as a servant leader for multiple teams and their stakeholders.

Pay Ranges :

Level 2 - $105,000 - $140,000

Level 3 - $130,000 - $175,000
