A company is looking for an eLearning Developer to lead the development of custom eLearning courses for future projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of custom eLearning courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Lectora, and Evolve

Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements and ensure courses align with learning objectives

Delegate development tasks and coordinate the technical workflow to ensure project quality and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eLearning development with a proven track record

Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and familiarity with Rise, Lectora, and Evolve

Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory

A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred

Ability to work US daytime hours and independently with minimal supervision
