About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading general contractor specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects , is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join their project controls team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is passionate about delivering complex, large-scale projects on schedule.

The Senior Scheduler will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and maintaining project schedules throughout all phases of construction-from preconstruction through completion-ensuring milestones are achieved and potential delays are proactively mitigated.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive CPM schedules using Primavera P6 for high-rise construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather schedule data and progress updates.
• Perform critical path, float, and variance analyses to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present detailed schedule reports, narratives, and look-ahead forecasts for internal and client use.
• Review subcontractor schedules for accuracy and alignment with the master project schedule.
• Support claims analysis, delay mitigation, and time-impact assessments when required.
