Your Role

The Application Services team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The IT Scrum Master, Senior will report to the IT Director, Solution & Delivery Lead. . In this role you will be responsible for leading, facilitating, and driving continuous improvement of Agile practices for the team or teams that you'll be supporting. The Application Services team is responsible for the development and support of complex technology solutions from claims processing to benefit enrollment. This includes interfacing with IT, business, and vendor partners to understand and influence requirements and technical solutions that optimizing for cost, quality, and fit for purpose.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will :

• Agile Team Support - Serves as the Scrum Master / Team Coach for Agile teams.
• Supports one or more Agile teams in Scrum, Built-in Quality, Kanban and Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and practices.
• Supports Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness by preparing the Agile team for PI Planning and supporting the team to create PI plans, objectives, and business values.
• Partners with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and Product Management roles across the enterprise to help business units mature on the path towards business agility.
• Supports iteration execution by facilitating team events (e.g., backlog refinement, team planning, team sync, team review and demo, retrospective).

Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office / deskwork - Activity level : Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
