Responsibilities :

• Analyze and report production costs to ensure accurate tracking of manufacturing expenses.
• Partner with operations to set and maintain cost standards, focusing on efficiency and cost control.
• Manage the general ledger with timely, accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and improve payment processes in collaboration with the team.
• Lead the monthly financial close to deliver accurate financial statements on time.
• Analyze results and provide insights on performance and variances.
• Supervise and mentor a junior accountant, promoting a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Offer guidance on accounting policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with departments to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
