Position Summary

We are seeking a California fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) to join our expanding telehealth team. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and the connection of a supportive clinical community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy for adults through secure telehealth sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches tailored to each client's needs.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership through case consultations and team meetings.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Active, unrestricted clinical license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD).
  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience providing therapy to adults in a clinical setting.
  • Strong commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and organization skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment while collaborating within a virtual team.
