Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage executive schedules and logistics for major events.
• Plan and organize meetings, including sending invitations and managing logistics.
• Oversee vendor management and create purchase orders.
• Assist in managing attendees, agendas, and project timelines.
• Plan catering and coordinate schedules with stakeholders.
• Organize and execute social events.
