This position is open for recruitment and fully funded following the 2025 Special Legislative Session.

Join our team as a data integrity specialist where you will support the DMV data integrity program by performing specialized record processing tasks. You will review records and reports for compliance with established standards, identify and resolve discrepancies and then take appropriate action. You will also collect and compile data from various sources to support program operations.

A day in the life :
- Review and validate record processing activities for the DMV data integrity program.
- Complete monthly random sample data reviews and file validation.
- Complete daily and weekly transaction reviews and prepare reports.
- Sort, filter and prepare DMV record data spreadsheets for review.
- Run and compile data reports.
- Review records and reports for compliance with established criteria.
- Determine and initiate action within established policies and procedures to resolve problems with records.
- Collect and compile data from a variety of reports, lists, records and documentation.
- Use various computer systems and applications to perform tasks.
- Coordinate with a small team of experts while working independently on identified tasks.
- Work in a standard office environment with hybrid work options available after onboarding and trial service period.

Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR An associate degree in any field; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong computer skills with experience pulling data, creating reports and manipulating data within Excel spreadsheets.Experience with data validation and ensuring policy compliance.Experience identifying data trends and anomalies and taking steps to resolve issues.Experience communicating results of prepared reports.How to apply :
