Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities Ship high-quality, production-ready UI focusing on details such as typography, color, motion, and microinteractions Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful features and improve user experience Maintain and scale the design system while leading proof-of-concept work for new ideas and experiences Required Qualifications Several years of experience with a builder mindset and high agency Strong frontend engineering skills with the ability to prototype and ship designs Ability to balance craft, speed, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment A growth mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and skills Experience in a startup-like environment is preferred
