Office Assistant
SalesBizLab is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and supportive tasks that help facilitate our daily operations.
Pay Range : $19.50 - $31.00 hourly
Location : Miami, FL
This will be an on-site job.
Responsibilities :
- Answering and directing phone calls and messages
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Organizing and maintaining files and records in a systematic manner
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Welcoming visitors and clients, providing them with necessary information
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plusProven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative roleProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyBenefits :
