Real Estate / Landlord Tenant Attorney needed

Extremely fast paced Landlord / Tenant Law and Civil Litigation Firm on Upper East Side seeking an admitted attorney.  Must be enthusiastic / high energy individual with professional communication skills and strong desire to be in court everyday to learn how to be a lawyer.  Candidate will be required to :

• Answer calendar calls, argue motions with the goal of handling trials and inquests;
• Draft pleadings, motions, opposition papers, memorandums of law and appeals;
• Assist attorneys in all aspects of trial preparation / discovery with goal of handling trials;
• Heavy Data entry, research and preparation of legal documents;
• Handle all phases of Landlord / Tenant and Civil / Supreme matters;

Assist with other projects as needed

The ideal candidate will be a self starter able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and have Microsoft Word and Outlook experience.

No experience in necessary but ability to learn and positive attitude a must.

Salary - $85,000 / year plus medical insurance
