Key Responsibilities
Manage HR email inquiries and direct employee questions to appropriate resources
Run regular and ad-hoc reports related to employee metrics and provide analysis
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools
SHRM or PHR Certification preferred
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets in a professional setting
Demonstrated client-service orientation and effective interpersonal skills
