Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Virtual Behavioral Health Care

Remote | Florida & Texas

We're hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing virtual-care team serving seniors with serious mental illness (SMI) and substance use disorders (SUD) . This is a fully remote role where you'll collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers to deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health care through a telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual assessments and therapy for seniors with SMI / SUD.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, whole-person care.
  • Engage families and caregivers to support recovery.
  • Document all encounters in the electronic health record (EHR).

Qualifications

  • Active LCSW license in Florida (Texas eligibility preferred).
  • 3–5 years post-licensure experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency with EHRs and telehealth systems.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and patient-engagement skills.
