Automation Personnel Services  seeks  an experienced   Selling Branch Manager  to lead  our branch   in  Knoxville, TN . In this role, your responsibilities will include cultivating your sales territory  by nurturing existing client connections and acquiring  new ones to boost business growth. You will serve as a representative of our company, establishing a reliable presence with our customers while upholding our core values and policies. Additionally, this role offers the chance to lead a team in a dynamic and high-paced setting.

Pay Rate

Potential to earn $ 100,000  plus in annual compensation. The position offers  base  pay with unlimited potential to earn  a  commission.

Selling Branch Manager  Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve both personal and company-set sales targets.
• Regularly engage with current and potential customers, offering solutions as needed, and  overseeing  all sales activities within your designated territory.
• Lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of open job orders.
• Submit regular reports on your sales activities through the company's CRM  software and  maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all leads and customers.
• Strictly adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies to provide an authentic representation of the company to potential and existing customers.
• Execute your duties with efficiency, identify opportunities to reduce costs when possible, and keep records of all job-related expenses for submission to the accounting department.
• Collaborate with the accounts receivable department to ensure prompt and full payment of all invoices by your customers.
