Senior Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. RFP & Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a bid management infrastructure, including processes and templates

Lead the RFP response process, ensuring alignment with client needs and brand tone

Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while driving continuous process improvements

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP management, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or consulting

Hands-on experience with RFP procurement platforms

Proven project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines across teams

Experience in building systems from scratch and executing independently

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
