Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of parts and materials within the warehouse. This role involves receiving incoming parts, organizing inventory, fulfilling pick lists, and preparing orders for shipment to customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Inspect parts for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Accurately label and store parts in designated inventory locations.
• Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Retrieve parts based on pick lists provided by the system or supervisor.
• Ensure correct quantities and part numbers are selected.
• Pack parts securely for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 / hr.
