About the Role

As a Legal Assistant , you’ll be a key member of the trial department, coordinating case materials, preparing documents, and ensuring every filing and deadline is met with accuracy. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Maintain case calendars, schedule hearings, and track deadlines.
• Coordinate filings (e-filing and paper filing) in various California courts.
• Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel regarding case status and hearing dates.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including assembling binders and exhibits.
• Provide general administrative support and backup assistance to the litigation team.
