A company is looking for a Customer Care Navigator for ABA services, working remotely in PA, NJ, or DE.
Key Responsibilities
Provide information and support to inbound members and providers regarding Autism and ABA benefits
Make outreach calls to member families to educate them on the Autism Case Management program and coordinate care needs
Collaborate with network providers for appropriate referrals and support care transitions for optimal member health outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related healthcare field
Three (3) or more years of experience in a healthcare or managed care setting
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and data processing
Basic understanding of diagnostic requirements and medical comorbidities
Ability to make referrals for testing and familiarity with behavioral health / medical terminology
