Summary

We have a current opportunity for a Manufacturing and Logistics Technician , located at our facilities in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will support the production, assembly, inspection, and logistics of aerospace hardware and components. You'll play a key role in both hands-on manufacturing tasks and coordinating the movement, inspection, and documentation of materials and finished goods. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly, testing, and inspection of prototype and flight hardware under engineering supervision.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including packaging, labeling, and verifying incoming and outgoing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure traceability of materials and hardware through the production process.
• Support logistics coordination, ensuring materials and components are available to meet production schedules.
• Follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to confirm conformance to specifications.
• Prepare materials, tools, and components for assembly and shipping activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, reporting any non-conformances or issues to supervisors or engineers.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
