1. Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.

3. Conduct legal research and analysis related to estate planning and trust administration.

Job Details

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.

3. Licensed to practice law in California

4. Proven track record of drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
