A company is looking for a Virtual Assist Auto Adjuster, Remote (CST / EST).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote inspections by analyzing photos and live videos for vehicle repairs

Review and write estimates, create supplements, and handle total losses for various vehicles

Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure high-quality service

Required Qualifications

Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented

Ability to work in a flexible remote environment

On-camera presence required for customer interactions and team meetings

Experience in claims or related fields preferred

Willingness to assist with fieldwork based on local market needs
