The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes handling, storing, and shipping products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete necessary paperwork and electronic records for inventory and shipping.

Work Environment

Join a team of 270 internal employees spread over three buildings. Work in a dynamic inside / outside environment, assisting the manufacturing facility as part of the distribution team. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with shifts from 6am-2 : 30pm or 2 : 30pm-11pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50 / hr.
