About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Executive is responsible for providing oversight and coordination across multiple active construction projects. This role manages the day-to-day operations of 4 to 8 assigned projects and is accountable for ensuring project safety, achieving revenue and margin goals, and maintaining overall project performance. A key responsibility of this position is client retention through strong relationship management, ensuring alignment with Linbeck’s principles, processes, and standards of excellence. The Project Executive also serves as a strategic resource in supporting new business development efforts and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial construction with at least 8-years in a leadership role managing complex projects valued between $50 million and $100 million.
• Proven experience delivering projects in the healthcare, cultural and / or education sectors.
• Deep construction expertise with the ability to provide technical guidance and ensure constrction best practices are followed.
• Stgrong business acumen and client management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills.
