Role- Data Platform Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Design implement and manage automated infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform Bicep and Ansible.
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments using tools like Azure DevOps fluxCD ArgoCD or Jenkins.
• Architect and support scalable resilient and secure Azure cloud environments tailored for microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Automate operational tasks including patching backups monitoring and alerting using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Integrate infrastructure automation with service management platforms (e.g. ServiceNow Azure Monitor Atlassian Servicedesk).
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues across compute storage networking and security layers.
• Implement and manage container orchestration platforms (e.g. AKS / Kubernetes) with automated scaling monitoring and logging.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory standards through automated guardrails and policy enforcement.
• Perform regular performance tuning cost optimization and capacity planning across cloud resources.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture automation workflows and operational procedures.
