Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards. You will handle reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation while supporting budgeting, audits, and other accounting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular cash and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with USALI guidelines.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and audit processes.
• Prepare annual personal property renditions and quarterly FF&E draw requests.
• Collaborate on hotel-related accounting projects and process improvements.
• Maintain professional communication with hotel management, business partners, and colleagues.
• Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00 / yr. 401k, health, vision, dental.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Fargo, ND.
