Entry-Level Finance Team Member

As an entry-level finance team member, you will be responsible for processing and coding invoices using our AccuImage system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial records. Your daily tasks will include reviewing and matching invoices, making necessary adjustments, performing minor data entry, and utilizing basic Excel functions to support financial tracking and reporting.

Skills and Requirements

Experience or comfort with online invoice processing

Familiarity with invoice coding and financial documentation

Strong attention to detail for matching and correcting invoice data

Ability to perform minor data entry tasks accurately

Proficiency in basic Excel functions (e.g., sorting, filtering, simple formulas)

Prior experience with AccuImage or similar invoice systems

Exposure to accounts payable or finance operations

Understanding of general accounting principles

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team

Interest in growing within a retail finance environment
