A leading California-based law firm specializing in real estate and provides various services such as litigation, environmental law, corporate, and tax is actively seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their growing team.
This position is based in either Century City or Orange County, CA, with a focus on construction-related transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including architecture and design agreements
- Drafting and revising commercial leases and sales agreements
- Closing purchase and sales transactions
- Reviewing titles and surveys
- Reviewing construction licenses and easements, development management agreements, and project management agreements, including engineering and consulting agreements
Qualifications :
