PBL has an immediate opening for a fulltime Proposal Manager. The Proposal Manager will play a critical role in facilitating business development activities at Pacific BioLabs including the generation of cost estimates and formal quotes for all testing services within the company. The Proposal Manager will also work closely with the finance team to ensure a timely and efficient client invoicing process.

Requirements :

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficiently and effectively work across testing departments and with the CSO and the business development team to generate accurate non-binding cost estimates and formal quotations for prospective clients.
• Help develop pricing platforms / tools to ensure consistent and accurate cost estimates and quotations.
• Serve as a key liaison between business development, the testing departments, and the finance team to ensure an efficient invoicing process between Pacific BioLabs and the client.
• Train and mentor junior staff for all tasks related to this role.
• Help manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (HubSpot) when requested by the Director of Business Development.

WORK AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

The base pay offered for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 and will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidates job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and other benefits.
