Job Title : Oracle ERP / EPM Consultant

Location : Remote

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle ERP / EPM Consultant to support a large-scale commercial transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and / or EPM solutions, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact results across financial and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP and / or EPM modules based on business needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute system configurations

Manage integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems

Perform end-to-end functional tasks, including testing, documentation, training, and post-go-live support

Provide subject matter expertise in modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Consolidation

Support business users during monthly / quarterly / annual close processes and ensure data accuracy

Monitor Oracle quarterly updates, evaluate impacts, and implement necessary changes

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues efficiently

Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specs, user guides, and training materials

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field

  • years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, Projects) and / or Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, ARCS)

Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices in a commercial business environment

Proficiency with tools such as Smart View, FRS, Data Management, and BI Publisher

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience managing or participating in full lifecycle implementations

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Oracle certifications in ERP or EPM Cloud are a plus

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and Agile delivery frameworks

Experience in commercial industries such as manufacturing, retail, or technology

Previous experience working on large transformation or cloud migration projects
