Salary Level 6 :   $60,588

FLSA Status :   Non-Exempt

Position Summary :

We are seeking a Painter / Drywall Technician to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to hang, finish, repair or paint drywall and other painted or textured surfaces throughout the public areas of the CPTC.

Scheduled hours will be centered around 3rd shift primarily with a need to adjust depending on requirements or needs.

Responsibilities :

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures without exception.
• Complete incremental repairs to drywall and other interior surfaces. Follow prescribed directions for scheduling work locations.
• Follow project plans for prep work, repair, material and color selections.
• Maintain work complete and service records for all areas.
• Coordinate and prioritize workload with your supervisor.
• Operation of forklift machinery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
