What you’ll do :
Coordinate service work and parts orders to meet daily department goals
Assist with quoting, invoicing, and tracking work orders in CDK
Communicate daily with customers, managers, and sales reps to keep schedules on track
Ensure repairs are prioritized and resources are scheduled efficiently
Jump in on other duties as needed to keep operations moving
What we’re looking for :
Service or parts department experience (automotive, truck, or equipment a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-focused communicator who can manage priorities under pressure
Familiarity with CDK or similar systems preferred
ADA Requirements :
20 lbs frequently.
