Role
Oversees all security, administrative, and supervisory functions at assigned client sites. Ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
Duties & Responsibilities
Security Operations Management : Supervise daily site operations, ensure SOPs and post orders are followed, respond to escalated incidents and emergencies.
Client & Employee Relations : Build and maintain client relationships, communicate regularly with clients, coordinate support services to meet goals.
Administrative Oversight : Ensure reporting and contract compliance, use WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting, maintain client workforce portal.
Supervisory Responsibilities : Staff Management : Hire, train, coach, and support officers and supervisors, conduct evaluations and manage disciplinary actions, resolve grievances and maintain personnel records. Training & Development : Conduct site-specific and refresher training, develop staff in technical and professional skills.
