Senior Proposal Specialist

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Specialist to create and manage responses to client requests for information related to laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities

Creates compelling, client-ready text, data, and graphics for client requests

Liaises with subject matter experts to gather feedback and refine content

Evaluates information and final deliverables to ensure compliance with client requests and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous lab experience comparable to 5 years

Strong understanding of laboratory equipment, technologies, and processes

Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple RFIs simultaneously
