An excellent opportunity exists within the FAIT Labor Organization as a Proposal Analyst. The estimating organization is responsible for the preparation of various types of proposals for development, production and competitive contracts including modifications to existing contracts. In addition, the Estimating Organization supports gate reviews, government audits, and negotiations with the customer.

What You Will Do :

• Be responsible for the development, analysis and completion of labor proposals
• Work with other functions from across the company to understand and evaluate the labor and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts and the associated program
• Utilize company estimating and pricing programs and tools
• Lead the development of recurring operations labor Basis of Estimates to include tracking progress, validating actuals, analyzing projected labor indices and part level history, ensuring consistency across programs, and confirming the estimating approach is sound
• Ensure proposals comply with all FAR and internal requirements
• Assess, develop and implement solutions leading to a thorough touch labor estimate
• Perform detailed and complex analysis of inputs to ensure soundness in our labor estimates

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
